- Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, test scripts and test data; documenting software defects and tracking resolutions

- Hands-on skills with Salesforce UI and backend testing
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience reporting progress on deliverables to team, project leads and management, including proactively raising risks/issues with migrations
- Demonstrated experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change request are complete
- Experience with Agile scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with agile sprint management, bug tracking and testing life cycle management using Azure DevOps
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically QA processes in agile development environments
- Demonstrated experience conducting AODA and vulnerability testing using standard testing tools (e.g. JAWS, NVDA)
- Demonstrated experience conducting functional and UAT testing in Salesforce
- Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations
- 1-2 years of Salesforce Public Sector Foundation (License and Permit) testing
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, DevOps, Microsoft tools including Visio and Project and Miro boards
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Ontario Digital Service Standard, Ontario Service Design Playbook and the Digital First Assessment product delivery approach (Pre-Discovery, Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)
- Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management
- Demonstrated experience in the development of test scripts and user stories
- Demonstrated experience testing prototypes and conducting usability testing
- Demonstrated experience conducting iterative analysis and testing
- Knowledge of user-centered design
- Demonstrated experience conducting UAT, AODA and vulnerability testing
- Ability to lead and coordinate testing team
Role: Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior
Location: Guelph, Ontario (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Responsibilities: Provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments, including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests). The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the development of test plans, test scripts and test cases and executing these against the various components. The tester will work with the testing lead and IT lead of each project as well as the project team members in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of the required systems
