What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with recruiting leads and colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle while maintaining a focus on candidate experience and transparency
- Draft and post job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent
- Conduct recruiter screens and facilitate productive interview debriefs to support hiring decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing meaningful updates and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of external or corporate communications experience in B2B, consulting, professional services, or agency environments
- Demonstrated success in media relations and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Industry experience in industrials/manufacturing, financial services, or energy
