What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Recruiters in delivering top talent for critical business needs
- Supervise the recruiting process from source to hire
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to create talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted job postings
- Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
- 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare
- Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
- Experience using recruiting tools and techniques in a tech-savvy manner
