What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews, assess, and screen a high volume of incoming applicants to identify promising candidates
- Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage interviewing schedules and efficiently move candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
- Adapt interview techniques to align with different roles and candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in a work setting, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Excellent attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting interviews (nice to have but not required)
- Proven track record of working independently and taking ownership of hiring initiatives
- Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and thoughtful candidate correspondence
