- Lead as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives, and system demos.
- Coach teams on Scrum and SAFe practices to foster self-organization and process maturity.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments affecting delivery timelines.
- Support Program Increment (PI) planning and coordination with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and cross-team synchronization.
- Apply Agile project management to oversee scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.
- Track team performance, velocity, and delivery health, ensuring alignment with broader program milestones.
- Represent the team in cross-team forums such as Scrum of Scrums and ART syncs to improve communication and reduce dependencies.
- Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements, APIs, workflows, and data integrations related to the Pega platform and S3 microservices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clarity and testability of stories.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements; liaise between technical and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, mentorship, and cross-team alignment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Analyst, or in Agile delivery roles supporting technical teams.
- Proven success in facilitating Agile teams within SAFe and Lean environments.
- Strong technical and process analysis skills, with experience in APIs, data flows, cloud architectures, and microservices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear backlog items and support end-to-end delivery.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile lifecycle tools.
- Prior experience working with distributed and matrixed teams.

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Product Analyst / Scrum Master, where you'll drive Agile delivery and perform in-depth technical and process analysis for Membership Technology initiatives. This hybrid role combines Scrum Master servant leadership with hands-on technical analysis, ensuring predictable delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with program objectives.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Release Train Engineers (RTE) to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement. Your technical expertise will help translate complex business requirements into well-defined backlog items, support cross-team coordination, and enhance process efficiency across enterprise initiatives.
