  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Research, draft, and maintain technical accounting memos on complex transactions such as SAFEs, SAFTs, token conversions, and revenue recognition
  - Support M&A activities, restructurings, and valuations, including ASC 805 purchase price allocations and goodwill assessments
  - Assist in designing and operationalizing crypto accounting policies, including token compensation and staking
  - Contribute to financial reporting and disclosures, focusing on crypto holdings and audit support
  - Work cross-functionally to enhance processes, controls, and accounting technology to minimize reconciliation risk
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Active CPA or equivalent with 5–8 years of experience, preferably from Big 4 assurance or technical advisory
  - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP (ASC) and experience drafting memos and disclosures
  - Exposure to complex transactions such as M&A and restructurings; crypto exposure is a plus
  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing policies and priorities
  - Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and interest in accounting automation and crypto subledger tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with crypto accounting and related methodologies
  - Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical guidance into clear documentation
  - Familiarity with accounting automation tools and technologies
