      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site guidance and supervision for equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance at customer sites
      - Manage spare parts sales and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and service reports
      - Support the development of technical proposals for energy-saving retrofit projects and collaborate with stakeholders on project designs
      - Conduct customer training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance
      - Perform regular site checkup visits to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field
      - 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience in water treatment EPC project design, equipment installation, and after-sales technical support
      - Experience in water treatment process design and equipment selection
      - Professional proficiency in English, with strong reading and writing skills
      - Ability to work effectively from a home office environment and willingness to travel up to 150 days per year

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Mechanical equipment maintenance and hands-on ability
      - Proficiency in AutoCAD
      - Experience in customer relations and project management
      - Experience in developing technical proposals for water treatment projects
      - Willingness to participate in evening conference calls
