      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through deployment journeys with structured project management and technical oversight
      - Act as a trusted advisor, balancing technical guidance with stakeholder relationship management
      - Provide proactive technical resources to drive customer adoption and health
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer outcomes and ensure timely issue resolution
      - Develop technical content and learning sessions to improve customer experience and adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software, preferably in cybersecurity
      - Proven experience managing complex deployments and technical engagements in large enterprise accounts
      - Strong technical background in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and IT/security architecture
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders
      - Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in Technical Success, Deployment Management, or Enterprise Customer Success
      - Ability to act as a trusted advisor for large enterprise accounts
      - Experience delivering training or customer-facing technical content
      - Domain expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or cybersecurity principles
      - Familiarity with Kubernetes, mobile device management tools, and API integrations
