      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions to various questions and concerns
      - Handle warranty information inquiries and assist with placing orders for parts
      - Troubleshoot issues related to water heaters while ensuring excellent customer service
      - Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information and work to resolve issues on the first call
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service and/or sales experience
      - College degree preferred but not required
