What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create engaging long- and short-form video content to educate and entertain developers on Twilio's platform
- Develop content concepts, outlines, and scripts, and appear on camera for tutorials and explainers
- Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to provide briefs, feedback, and review final edits
- Publish and maintain content across Twilio's developer channels, ensuring consistency in voice and experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3 years of experience creating developer-focused content (videos, tutorials, talks, or blogs)
- Proven ability to generate compelling technical video ideas and turn them into engaging stories
- Experience with basic video production, including filming, lighting, and sound
- Proficiency in modern video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
- Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
- Familiarity with OBS or similar tools for screen capture or livestreams
- Experience using Airtable or similar tools for content planning and production workflow
