What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track Technician Training progress for assigned districts and report to management
- Pack and ship certifications and patches to technicians upon course completion
- Create usernames and passwords for OEM websites
- Monitor and suggest new courses to enhance the Technician Training Program
- Assist in organizing events such as the Detroit and Phoenix Summits and the Technician Training Rodeo
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of general office experience preferred
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent oral communication skills in English and technical writing
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desired experience in document control
- Additional experience in training program management or event organization
