      We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative to join SureCo's Enterprise team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, explain medical benefits, and assist customers with their employer's open enrollment process. Success in this position requires the ability to process and disseminate information to both employees and insurance carriers effectively.       Responsibilities:
      • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
      • Answer phone and email inquiries promptly.
      • Refer unresolved queries to your manager.
      • Provide information about network providers to re-enrolling and prospective members.
      • Assist with application submissions.
      • Contact carriers to track enrollments, changes, and cancellations.


      Requirements

      Qualifications and Skills:
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Bilingual skills preferred.
      • Experience working remotely.
      • Previous experience as a customer service specialist or in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
      • Healthcare experience is a plus.
      • Proficient in computer use with above-average typing speed.
      • Detail-oriented with data entry experience.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong listening skills.
      • Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.

      Compensation
      • This is a 100% remote position (aligned with US Pacific Time) with an hourly wage of $25 per hour.
      • Anticipated start date: Week of September 1, 2025
      • This is a Temporary Assignment: Duration: 4 months, Hours: Monday - Friday - 7AM-5PM PT.
