What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and convert new business while maintaining relationships with independent facilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
- Build and maintain rapport with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
- Drive growth by leveraging the full product assortment and implementing pricing strategies
- Participate in local trade shows and engage in business plan development and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an account management role
- At least three (3) years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven success in leading the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time, with a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Long-Term Care sector or similar healthcare fields
- Familiarity with CRM systems and expense management tools
- Previous success in managing customer business reviews at the facility level
- Experience with cross-training in clinical settings
- Strong team collaboration skills
