      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and convert new business while maintaining relationships with independent facilities
      - Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
      - Build and manage relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
      - Develop and execute business plans with quarterly reviews for distribution partners and regional customers
      - Maintain organizational processes including CRM and expense management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and/or three (3) years of experience in an account management role
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare sector
      - Proven track record in leading sales processes, including prospecting and closing deals
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Long-Term Care segment of the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional internal and external communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within teams
      - Experience managing relationships with GPO and distribution sales representatives
