      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives Business within the designated territory
      - Identify, develop, and quantify the value proposition for customers by aligning their needs with adhesive solutions
      - Train and motivate Authorized Industrial Distributors to promote LOCTITE brand products
      - Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sustainable growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
      - Experience in industrial sales is preferred
      - Strong background in manufacturing and MRO sales
      - Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload effectively
      - Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays
