What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Execute the sales process effectively and coordinate opportunities with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in wound care or surgical markets is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics, is recommended

- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

- Willingness to travel overnight and work weekends as needed
