      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, optimizing education and resources for healthcare providers
      - Develop and execute clinical education strategies and programs across multiple regions
      - Manage account education initiatives and maintain effective communication with regional sales teams
      - Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to enhance therapy awareness
      - Drive local and regional education initiatives, including participation in tradeshows and conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in program development or quality initiatives in healthcare
      - Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related areas is highly preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years in program development, clinical quality improvement, and B2B or field marketing
      - Strong decision-making skills with experience in strategic customer initiatives
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BSN/RN background with experience in clinical settings
      - Program Management experience, particularly in LEAN Sigma methodologies
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Willingness to conduct business outside of standard work hours
