What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate title searches and resolve title issues based on underwriting standards and guidelines
- Determine solutions for clearing title issues and take action to resolve them
- Coordinate with state and regional underwriting counsel regarding title curative matters
- Communicate with lienholders or attorneys regarding property liens
- Manage tracking reports and ensure client service level agreements (SLAs) are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of curative experience in the title industry
- Experience with commercial and purchase transactions preferred
- Ability to make well-reasoned risk decisions
- Familiarity with ResWare or similar title software preferred

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
