- Req#: 330742
- Perform various administrative duties to support assigned areas, such as scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting customers and correspondence.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers and answering and triaging phone calls.
- Administer calendars and schedule management.
- Compose and prepare various correspondence, such as reports, forms, presentation materials and messages.
- Provide coverage of other areas, such as front end, point of service and registration.
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Your experience may be assessed with an online skills assessment
- Two years of college or business school
- Typing proficiency of 35 WPM with accuracy
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment.

Cleveland Clinic’s Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center provides the communities in and around East Cleveland with an easy way to receive healthcare, financial and social services all in one location. The Center focuses on the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure, mental health, specialized care for women and children, primary care, preventative care, health education and specialty care.

A caregiver in this role works days Monday – Friday on-site at Stephanie Tubbs Jones Family Health Center from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
