A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a business travel environment with an approachable, mature, collaborative style.
Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
Effective personal time management and planning skills to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in tight timeframes/targets .
Ability to work efficiently, make sensible decisions under pressure and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment , taking a balanced view of client and traveller demand s .
A self-starter who can work on their own initiatives with minimal supervision
We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability of strong team skills, including taking direction from others, is crucial
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholders
Experience with Office 365 Suite or equivalent
Highly flexible, with willingness to work flexible hours at peak times
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sensible decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined team.
Ability to identify and communicate areas for improvement within the team and business.
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment
Experience with JIRA, Kimble, Microsoft teams, SharePoint or Workday

You will be accountable for delivering high quality work in line with company policies and process guidelines.
You will be working as part of a team to effectively deliver support to the core business.
This role would be to support our in-house travel team . You’ll use your previous knowledge of the travel industry to identify advance travel requirements to promote effective cost management, make recommendations about travel vendors and locations to staff, manage travel costs and project re-charges, and prepare quotations for travellers.
You’ll be able to work quickly and proactively as issues might arise to reschedule flights, remedy travel problems, and resolve scheduling conflicts, as well as ensuring that all business trips are covered by the Kainos Travel Insurance Policy and that staff are assisted with travel insurance claims.
