      Looking for a stellar sales driver to oversee our Littleton and Colorado Springs locations.
      Civitas Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Traveling Sales Specialist to support our senior living communities' sales and marketing efforts. This role requires frequent travel to various communities, focusing on driving occupancy and building relationships with prospective residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have senior living sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Sales Support: Serve as an interim sales leader for communities needing temporary support, such as during leadership transitions or new community openings.
      • Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on inquiries, tours, and referrals to convert leads into residents.
      • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance occupancy and retention.
      • Marketing Execution: Implement and support marketing strategies to promote community visibility and drive traffic.
      • Team Collaboration: Partner with Executive Directors and other team members to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
      • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
      • Travel: Travel frequently to assigned communities across Texas and other states as needed.
      Qualifications
      • Experience:
        • Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
        • Previous experience in a regional or traveling sales role is a plus.
      • Education:
        • Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
      • Skills:
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
        • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
        • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to different community cultures.
      • Travel Requirements:
        • Travel 100% of time and not limited to Texas.
      • Location:
        • Based in Texas (preferred).
