What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and ensure the accuracy of daily or weekly sales data from POS systems and Daily Closing Logs
- Reconcile sales activity, bank deposits, credit card transactions, and over/short discrepancies
- Identify, research, and resolve errors, missing payments, or potential fraudulent activity
- Assist in preparing cash reporting, including weekly Cash Analysis and Cash Position reports
- Contribute to month-end close activities, including reconciliations and treasury reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Auditing, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and retail accounting software
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial banking, treasury management, and cash management
- Experience as a Treasury Analyst or Treasury Manager
