What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace and pharmacy benefits management industry
- Analyze and forecast client data to provide competitive and attractive pricing offers
- Utilize SAS and SQL for data analytics aligned with client setup and plan design
- Communicate key insights and results to internal partners effectively
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with internal partners as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong expertise in Excel and advanced knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with healthcare claims data
- Ability to communicate complex analytic findings in an understandable manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience using business analytics to solve data-driven questions
- Ability to prioritize competing client requests effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines
- Knowledge of SAS or SQL
- Prior experience or knowledge of the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
