      Description

      The Future of Intralogistics Proxaut is a pioneer in advanced automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and mobile robotics, delivering sophisticated solutions to the world's most complex industrial environments. We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion in the United States. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role for a strategic hunter who understands how to sell the future of automation.

      Your Impact:
      • Strategic Growth: Architect and execute a U.S. market entry and expansion strategy, identifying key territories and high-potential applications for Proxaut technology.
      • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Navigate complex, high-value negotiations from initial discovery and technical needs analysis to closing and long-term account management.
      • Ecosystem Development: Build and promote an international sales network while representing the Proxaut brand at premier industry trade shows and exhibitions.
      • Strategic Consulting: Conduct on-site visits with key stakeholders to understand their material handling challenges and propose bespoke robotic solutions.
      • Revenue Driver: Partner directly with the CEO to set and exceed aggressive sales targets that define our footprint in the North American market.

      Requirements

      • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven success in AGV, AMR, or industrial robotics sales.
      • Technical DNA: A background in mechatronics, industrial engineering, or robotics is highly preferred.
      • The "Closer" Track Record: A documented history of exceeding quotas in the capital equipment or automation sectors.
      • Market Mastery: Deep knowledge of U.S. decision-making cycles and account management methodologies.
      • Mobility: Readiness for extensive travel across the U.S. to meet strategic clients at their facilities.


      Salary Description

      90k -120k + Commission
