Job Description:
As an Intake & Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration support, playing a critical role in shaping their initial experience and trust in Job Duck. In this role, you will confidently guide prospective clients from confusion to clarity-combining empathy, organization, and persuasive communication to build trust and inspire decisive next steps. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, conduct intake interviews, and guide prospects through the consultation and onboarding process with professionalism and care.
Your daily work will directly support lead conversion, client retention, and operational efficiency while ensuring every interaction is handled with sensitivity and accuracy. This position is ideal for a high-performing, client-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments, remains calm under pressure, and is motivated by helping families during emotionally sensitive moments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups that keep the intake pipeline moving smoothly. • Compensation: $1150 USD - $1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• Full-time, remote role
• Work schedule aligned to Eastern Time
• Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
• Spanish is mandatory
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients preferred
• Some familiarity with U.S. immigration processes is appreciated
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound communications
• Comfortable handling phone calls, SMS, and CRM-based follow-ups
• Training and onboarding support provided internally

• MyCase CRM
• GoHighLevel VOIP and messaging platform
• CRM-based lead tracking and intake systems
Work Shift:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
