      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and file immigration applications, motions, and appeals with precision
      - Communicate directly with clients to obtain information and provide case updates
      - Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and immigration forms accurately
      - Maintain organized digital and physical client files with reliable version control
      - Conduct legal research and monitor changes in immigration law and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of immigration paralegal experience supporting filings before USCIS, EOIR, BIA, and Federal Courts
      - Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
      - Independent contributor with time management skills to prioritize multiple matters
      - Legal drafting excellence with clear and compliant writing
      - Familiarity with Filevine and Go High Level is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in evidence organization, exhibit indexing, and file assembly
      - Advanced legal research skills and ability to stay current on agency changes
      - Positive, solutions-focused attitude with strong team collaboration skills
