Animal Health Partners is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Veterinary Medicine Recruiter to support the growth of our expanding hospital network. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier veterinary professionals including DVMs, technicians, and hospital leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong veterinary healthcare recruiting experience, and a passion for advancing veterinary medicine through exceptional talent acquisition.
Requirements
Lead full-cycle recruitment for veterinary roles including:
Partner with hospital leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, direct sourcing, university outreach)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
Coordinate and attend veterinary school recruiting events, job fairs, and industry conferences
Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment metrics reporting
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and hiring standards
Support employer branding initiatives to position Animal Health Partners as an employer of choiceAbout the company
