- Oversee the implementation and delivery of energy advisory projects, including project management, resource deployment, and the performance of project teams
- Lead the execution of client engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget commitments
- Align resources and project management strategies while leveraging the expertise across Energy Advisory and distributed energy teams to optimize execution
- Maintain rigorous project hygiene—keep forecasts and metrics updated, manage accurate timing of payments, and uphold delivery standards
- Drive process standardization and execution excellence across functional tasks, ensuring target outcomes are consistently achieved
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project delivery professionals to ensure client engagements are executed at the highest standards and on time and on budget. Act as the primary point of coordination with commercial leads and keeping communication seamless between client-facing origination and project execution
- Oversee project stakeholder engagement, aligning with clients, teaming partners, and internal teams to ensure scope, performance, and deliverables are clear and achieved
- Foster strong collaboration with EA operations, commercial leads, and EA leadership to coordinate development goals and resource strategies
- Support strategy development and help ensure alignment to business priorities and proposal tracking feedback
- Advise and implement solutioning processes, resource allocation, and standardized approaches to project delivery
- Lead reporting on project milestones, resource utilization, budgets, and productivity forecasting
- Implement continual improvement across delivery practices to drive high productivity, professional development, and project consistency
- 8+ years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on energy advisory services, project delivery, or distributed energy project execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering technical and advisory solutions across large portfolios
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with strong attention to quality and execution detail
- Track record of developing and standardizing project delivery processes in a client-facing environment
- Deep understanding of distributed energy resources, clean energy technologies, and their deployment within real estate
- Experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects and resource schedules, with a commitment to operational excellence

Position Overview
The Vice President – Energy Advisory Project Delivery is a key leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of energy advisory and project execution services. Reporting to the Commercial Lead for Distributed Energy, this position will bridge operational execution with commercial objectives, ensuring that advisory solutions accelerate client adoption of clean energy technologies and deliver measurable value across their portfolios.Key Responsibilities

Estimated compensation for this position:
200,000.00 – 240,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
