**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support team functions
- Capture and input information accurately into the company database
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage a contact list
- Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and phone calls
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+ download speed)
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
