      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide virtual counseling on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and investment options to help clients achieve financial goals
      - Educate clients on new product purchases and facilitate transactions based on their financial needs
      - Deliver exceptional customer service and execute service requests for retirement plan participants
      - Utilize knowledge of tax and investment strategies to offer informed financial advice
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; 5 years preferred
      - University degree preferred
      - Required FINRA registrations: Series 7 and Series 63
      - Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) must be obtained within 120 days
      - Strong communication and client relationship management skills

      - Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
      - Familiarity with retirement planning and investment products
