      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to user questions via video or chat regarding baby care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
      - Provide evidence-based lactation support to address latching issues, pain management, nursing positions, and milk supply concerns
      - Offer calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused guidance during every interaction
      - Maintain professional communication while addressing sensitive health concerns
      - Collaborate with users to build effective relationships and provide quality care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of patient-facing experience in a healthcare setting, such as concierge, front office, or related healthcare customer service role
      - Experience communicating with users regarding sensitive health concerns
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including attentive listening and empathetic communication
      - Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) — must be active and in good standing
      - Ability to work a standard shift from 12 PM – 8 PM, 7 days a week, or a flexible/on-demand schedule as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to provide calm and effective support in high-pressure situations
      - Previous experience in lactation consulting or maternal health support
      - Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual communication platforms
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
      - Passion for supporting new parents and promoting breastfeeding success
