What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing to achieve sales goals
- Answer inquiries from potential residents to determine their needs
- Conduct virtual tours and assist with leasing paperwork as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents through excellent customer service
- Participate in social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in leasing, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and maintain a professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LIHTC Section 42 Tax Credit compliance
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience in a real estate setting
