      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process
      - Uncover and qualify opportunities to increase the capture rate across the capital equipment portfolio
      - Generate and create accurate, competitive quotes for service contract renewals
      - Collaborate with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and National Accounts Managers to identify key decision-makers and strategize sales approaches
      - Provide weekly updates to management on sales progress, at-risk accounts, and sales forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or inside sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting or exceeding established sales quotas
      - Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      - Self-motivated with high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
      - Previous experience in the medical device industry
