      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Studio Art, contributing to the academic curriculum
      - Conduct research and creative activities across multiple media areas within Studio Art
      - Participate in service activities that support the School of Art and the broader university community
      - Mentor and guide students in their artistic and academic pursuits
      - Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages open dialogue

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master of Fine Arts degree or equivalent terminal degree from an accredited institution
      - A research record and portfolio demonstrating active practice across multiple disciplines
      - At least one year of teaching experience with a commitment to exceptional teaching and mentoring
      - Proficient knowledge in contemporary art, theory, and criticism
      - Demonstrated ability to discuss trends in shaping creative art futures within an art school curriculum

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong evidence of an active creative studio research practice with a national and/or international exhibition record
      - Demonstrated experience with interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaborations
      - Ability to teach at the intermediate, advanced, and/or graduate level
      - Experience mentoring students in studio disciplines to engage with diverse modes of making
      - Proven ability to contribute to community engagement and dialogue within the arts
