      Job Title: Logistics Specialist

      Pay : $20-22/hour + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits + Paid Holidays + Sick Time

      Job Description

      As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials and products within our operations department. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and warehousing incoming materials and supplies, checking them against documentation, and making accurate entries into our inventory database. Additionally, you will prepare necessary shipping documents, perform kitting, labeling, and other duties, and operate equipment such as forklifts when needed.

      Responsibilities

      • Receive, unpack, and warehouse incoming materials and supplies.
      • Check incoming goods against documentation.
      • Sort and count materials, supplies, and finished goods.
      • Make entries into inventory database and prepare periodic reports.
      • Perform kitting, labeling, or other duties prior to shipping products.
      • Prepare necessary documents for shipping goods.
      • Operate a forklift or other heavy equipment as required.
      • Perform visual inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products.
      • Accurately document inspection results.
      • Perform data entry into associated data systems, with preference for SAP knowledge.
      • Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective action.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, MA.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
