      Brief Job Description:

      Warehousing Senior Associate:

      • Involved in logistic activities, as well as responsible for shipping and transport supervising, for issuing the shipment documentation and coordination between all parties included in shipping
      • Monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to make sure that everything that is received or shipped out is in perfect condition.

      Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

      • Responsible for the final list of all goods being shipped from the warehouse and site area
      • Responsible for proper labeling and packaging of all goods that are being shipped from
      • the warehouse and site area
      • Responsible for issuing and preparing final documentation related to the shipment of goods
      • ( packing lists and CMR cargo lists )
      • Responsible for monitoring the packaging of goods, and photographing all stages of packaging and dispatch of the final product and goods
      • Responsible for listing and managing the documentation of the main products and equipment embedded in the data center modules
      • Responsible for keeping records of delivered goods and modules as well as for resolving additional inquiries when the goods reach the end customer
      • Responsible for posting weight to each and every item to be shipped out
      • Directs the movement of shipments from shipping points to storage and/or work areas
      • Inspects loading operations to make sure that they comply with shipping specifications
      • Decides the load limit of each truck used in the loading and delivery process
      • Responsible and main person for all goods that are shipped with data centers to the end customer, as well as for their labeling, transport accommodation and transport insurance

      Qualifications:

      Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

      • PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)
      • Technical/practical skills: Good analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills
      • Core competencies: Initiative, Creative, Persuasive, Able to deal with conflict, Problem solving, Detail oriented, Analytical
      • QMS, EMS, Health & Safety, Ethics and ITC training
      • University degree – transport specialization
      • 5 + years on similar positions/shipping/logistics/coordination.
      • Active English

      Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

      • IT skills: Microsoft Office.
