What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate robotic welding machines by accessing programs, setting tools, and loading/unloading materials
- Interpret and execute work orders, blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on robotic welding equipment
- Conduct quality checks on parts using inspection tools such as tape measures and visual inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures
- Capability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Regular attendance is essential
- Physical ability to handle tasks that may require moving a minimum of 50 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or welding environment
- Familiarity with robotic welding technology
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment in a manufacturing setting
