- Accurately log call details and donor information
- Deliver friendly, professional support to donors
- Share program information as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months remote or 1 year on-site experience
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must reside in the United States and pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Windows 11 (No Chromebooks or Apple)
- Familiarity with computers having 16 GB RAM
- Dual monitors and noise-canceling USB headset (optional)
- Hardwired internet connection (optional)
