What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings using Autodesk Revit for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and convert laser scan data into accurate deliverables
- Conduct clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems
- Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met
- Integrate laser scan data, point clouds, and 360° imagery into BIM workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Autodesk Revit, specifically in MEP drafting or coordination
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles
- Ability to interpret and convert field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
