      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of compliant pricing and cost volumes for federal and commercial proposals
      - Build, maintain, and validate complex cost models and pricing spreadsheets
      - Perform cost realism, price reasonableness, and "price-to-win" analyses
      - Support finance with variance analysis and labor utilization reviews across awarded contracts
      - Ensure all pricing actions comply with the employer's internal pricing policy and documentation standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
      - 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or cost volume experience within a federal contracting environment
      - Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and DCMA standards
      - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost modeling
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and other pricing and accounting tools
      - Exposure to post-award program control and financial reporting
      - Prior participation in color-team proposal reviews and pricing volume authorship
      - Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to process optimization
