- No experience required for Access Analyst I
- 3 years of experience in business analysis for Access Analyst II
- Background in healthcare, healthcare operations, or clinical analysis
- Experience with Tableau, Clarity, and EPIC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of basic access principals
- Knowledge of supply and demand and resource allocation
- Experience using data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Interest in healthcare and education in data analytics
- Ability to identify trends and make recommendations based on data
