What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to showcase the employer's value
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Outside B2B sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Effective negotiating and closing skills
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions
