What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
- Negotiate and close deals with new customers
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including problem-solving abilities
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
