What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and meetings
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
