      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire sales cycle from securing requests from health insurance brokers to closing deals
      - Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
      - Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities
      - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
      - Maintain documentation related to sales processes, including reports and improvement plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales
      - Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license in the state of residence
      - Excellent communication and listening skills for identifying client needs and closing sales
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or employee benefits
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
      - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Good interpersonal skills for collaboration at all organizational levels
