What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (required and verified during background check)
- Strong computer skills including data entry and screen navigation
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate tone
- Great oral and written communication skills
