      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect new customers and develop account plans for existing clients to build a robust sales pipeline
      - Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
      - Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex, enterprise software sales
      - Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based sales approach
      - Strong ability to manage detailed, multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting to closing
      - Deep understanding of AI and its application in business solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to companies with revenues of $500M or more
      - Ability to contribute to sales strategy, culture, and value proposition development
      - Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
      - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
      - Previous experience in solution selling to uncover business challenges
