What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts
- Conduct outreach strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with property owners
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and goals
- Deliver tailored value propositions highlighting the benefits of PadSplit's model
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with property owners to facilitate onboarding as Hosts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot for sales enablement
- Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings and live presentations
- Analytical skills for interpreting market data and calculating ROI
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness
