What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide status updates to various departments regarding sample submissions
- Create and maintain reports related to quality data, COA, and laboratory logs
- Review COA from suppliers and communicate results to relevant parties
- Manage out-of-specification investigations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with teams to inspect and maintain retain samples for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Minimum one year of experience in the pet food or dietary supplement industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with raw materials, production processes, lab testing, and quality control
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for process development and improvement
- Previous experience in product development or regulatory affairs within the industry
