      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations for a multi-site laboratory services organization
      - Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume vendor invoices and expense reimbursements
      - Supervise accounts payable staff, including training and performance management
      - Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to streamline vendor onboarding and payment processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
      - 5–8 years of progressive accounts payable experience
      - 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
      - Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare, laboratory services, diagnostics, or regulated environments
      - Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-site organizations
      - Experience implementing AP automation tools and ERP systems, specifically Certinia
      - CPA or other accounting certification (a plus but not required)
